Claire is a Dutch and British English actress, presenter and voice over. Born (1983) and raised in England, she grew up bilingual and frequently uses this trait in her profession. She started acting at a young age, landing her first professional role in the Dutch national production of the musical Annie in 1995. After university studies in The Netherlands, Claire trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), where she graduated in 2009.

Claire was part of many theatre groups and productions, she performed in theaters and at famous theatre festivals De Parade and Fringe Festival in The Netherlands. She also played the part of young Emilie in the Dutch national theatre production of the award winning play War Horse.

Claire now mainly works in front of the camera. She recently had roles in Dutch series Flikken Maastricht, Broodje Aap and Laura H. (Gouden Kalf nominee 2024) and the UK series Patience and Professor T. She had one of the leads in international TV series Mia and Me, which is shown in over 170 countries worldwide and she played a role in Dutch TV series H3L (Televizier-Ster Jeugd award nominee 2020). 

Claire has starred in many short and feature films, shown at festivals like Tribeca, NFF, Cinekid and Cannes; for example short films It's a Sign, Mama's Geheim (both Cinekid selection 2024) and feature film Pink Moon (Gouden Kalf nominee 2022).
